restaurant development + design is a user-driven resource for restaurant professionals charged with building new locations and remodeling existing units.
PROJECT PROFILE
A variety of seating styles appeals to diverse groups
and occasions. Countertop stool seating overlooks
the front windows while a central, rustic wooden
farmhouse-style table can accommodate larger
groups or communal dining. Booths with 6-foot
dividers for added privacy and a mix of low- and
high-top tables make up the rest of the seating plan.
