William Gagnon: Excel Dryer, Inc., is a family-owned business and manufactures the only hand dryers that are Made In USA Certified ® . We have manufactured the finest American-made hand dryers for over 50 years and invented the original, patented XLERATOR ® Hand Dryer. XLERATOR created the high-speed, energy- efficient hand dryer cat- egory, redefining the public perception of hand dryers and setting a new standard for performance, reliability and customer satisfaction. XLERATOR was the first hand dryer to be Building- Green ® Approved and earn Green Restaurant Associa- tion endorsement. This year, UL Environment, a business division of Underwriters' Laboratories, published the industry's first Environmental Product Declarations for the XLERATOR ® , XLERA- TOReco ® and ThinAir ® Hand Dryers — substantiating our environmental claims on these signature products and again demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and industry transparency. Describe your company in 10 words or less. WG: We manufacture innovative, quality products that people can depend on. Briefly describe one new product or innovation your company has introduced in the past year. WG: We're excited about the D|13 Sink System featur- ing the new, deck-mounted XLERATORsync™ Hand Dryer. Available exclusively through D|13 Group in the U.S., this system seamlessly integrates the soap dispens- er, faucet and high-speed, energy-ef fi cient hand dryer into the sink deck, allowing you to wash, rinse and dry all in one place for the ulti- mate user or cus- tomer experience. What truly sets the system apart from other integrated systems on the market is how the sink basin and hand dryer are designed spe- cifically to work together. The XLERATORsync reverses the high-speed airflow to blow down and away from the user toward the back and bottom of the sink basin, which has the proper depth and angles to effectively catch the air and water. This keeps the air and the water off the user and the sink deck. How are you working with designers or restaurant concepts to customize a unique solution? WG: In addition to enhanced standard features on all its high-efficiency dryers, Excel Dryer offers the most options and complete line of accessories in the industry, allowing restaurants to truly customize a hand drying solution that meets their specific needs. For example, our optional HEPA filtra- tion system removes 99.97 percent of potentially present bacteria at 0.3 microns from the air stream, which com- bined with adjustable sound controls, creates a clean and quiet airflow to enhance the customer experience. On the aesthetics side, the XLERATOR line of- fers several finishes and a limitless selection of colors, as well as custom covers to display a restaurant's own chosen imagery. Our primary goal is to allow facilities to design the best hand drying solution for their restroom environment, and that's just what our products are known to do. Excel Dryer, Inc.
