F ormats, layouts and design are increasingly pivotal for a successful away-from-home business, in times when con- sumers look for experiences rather than products or services. A holistic approach requiring a holistic response – such as that offered by HostMilano – the world's leading hospitality exhibition. Thanks to its unique concept, com- bining a comprehensive overview on the whole hospitality industry with thorough insights into individual sectors, HostMi- lano – at Milan's Fiera Milano Exhibition Centre from 18 to 22 October 2019 – is the right place to preview the forthcom- ing trends and discover the associated design and technology solutions. In a special area dedicated to furni- ture, tableware and technology, space is transformed into ideas and solutions that break the mold with the most original formats, concept stores and "hybrid" layouts, in addition to all of the most innovative and sustainable technologies and materials. More cutting-edge away- from-home solutions will be on display in the Food Service – Bread-Pizza-Pasta Area, historically the core of HostMilano. In particular, the EXIHS project (Excellent Italian Hospitality Services) is dedicated to exclusive contract concepts for luxury venues. Last but not least, breakthrough innovation will be in the spotlight with SMART Label, the award promoted by HostMilano in partnership with, which will be given dur- ing HostMilano. Next year, the award will also be complemented by Design Talks, a program of seminars and meetings devoted to cutting-edge design solutions for the hospitality industry. As of today, more than 1,250 exhibi- tors have already registered, 44.7% of which hailing from 45 different countries. HostMilano, Where Away-From-Home Meets Design SPONSORED CONTENT
