The 22,000-square-foot food hall from multiconcept operator Hogsalt, known for creating innovative handcrafted food and beverage programs, offers 16 distinct foodservice sta- tions as well as a variety of seating styles spanning its two levels. From coffee to cocktails, AvroKO's design allows the facility to seamlessly transition from one daypart to the next, all under the direction of one operator.
