Expansion markets include Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Ten- nessee, Texas and Virginia. "Our company saw enormous growth last year," says Jim Keet, managing partner and CEO of Taziki's. "We start- ed franchising, which has provided Taziki's the opportunity to build a larger presence throughout the United States." The company's newest location opened in Bentonville, Ark., in late December. It's the largest so far, at 3,400-square-feet, with seating for 130 customers, patio seating and a drive-thru window, an amenity Keet expects to bring to additional locations soon as a way to boost lunch sales. Taziki's currently operates 32 locations in 9 states.
