The screw- together frame construction enables restaurants to specify any size up to 48-by-96 inches. 7. Trane Expands its Portfolio of Perfor- mance Climate Changer Air Handlers Trane's Performance Climate Changer air handlers optimize energy conservation and deliver ef- fciency to the entire heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. Unit features are designed to surpass ASHRAE 90.1 standards and provide the fexibility to tailor air handler selec- tion to specifc application requirements while staying within restaurant operators' budgets. Casing construction, including confgurations with double-wall casing panels and high-performance foam insulation, signifcantly reduces air leakage rates and can deliver up to 30 percent lower en- ergy consumption. Certain portfolio confgurations also feature stacked, direct-drive plenum fan arrays that provide full redundancy to keep HVAC systems working, quietly improving effciency and reducing maintenance requirements. 5 7 6 8 9
