LP Smart's Wireless Charging Technology Helios wireless charging technology easily integrates into virtually any surface, offering con- venience for restaurant customers and increased energy effciency for operators. Helios chargers support the Qi wireless charging standard. 8. Marazzi Introduces Five Tile Collections These fve new tile collections were inspired by European design and such time-tested materials as reclaimed wood planks, mosaics, hand-formed textures and stone. New collections include two wood looks: Preservation, which emulates reclaimed wood planks, and Knoxwood, which brings a warm, rich feel to the foor. Midpark Mosaics radiate patterns that are a work of art for the wall, and Summerville provides a replica of timeworn limestone. Middleton Square is a glossy, monochromatic statement that emulates hand-formed tiles. 9. MDC Introduces Dimension Walls Part of the maker's portfolio of deeply textured, impact resistant decorative panels, Dimension Walls includes 40 designs in 40 fnishes each, including solids, metallics, wood grains and patinas. Choose a metallic fnish to bend the light or paintable option for a specifc color vision. These 4-foot by 8-foot decorated thermoplastic sheets can help bring a dynamic focal point to any hospitality space. 10. Metrofor Adds Abstract Tile Designs to its ASPECTA Line The ASPECTA line of restaurant fooring, which includes 52 wood and 33 stone designs, now includes 24 abstract LVT tile designs, spanning a range of colors, textures and shapes. Designers can use this collection to carry through design themes and branding elements. The abstract LVT tile designs include Tarnish, which features a steel patina of smoky undertones with contrast; Hexi, a closely related range of neutrals; Careen, a textile effect that can bring warmth to modern design and architecture; Fracas, a montage of colorful triangles that forms a textural solid; and Piermont, a unique layered fnish that combines a pearlescent effect, abstract design and wood embossing texture. With sizes ranging from 7.25 inches by 48 inches to 24 inches by 24 inches, all ASPECTA abstracts have a 3.2mm thickness and a 28 mil wear layer. 11. Norton Door Controls Adds Hands- Free Option Norton expanded its 5600 Series of hands-free door kits, which add touchless, power-operated opening capability to a door. The hands-free kits combine a wave-to-open switch with the 5600 power operator and optional electric strike to provide a "clean" exit so the user doesn't have to touch any hardware.
