Café Cancan
Designed by Toronto-based Tiffany Pratt, Café
Cancan is a fresh approach to French bistro-style
dining set in a long, narrow, 1,000-square-foot
space that seats 30. The restaurant has a mix of
traditional dining tables and bar seats. A pink and
pastel color scheme is enhanced by leopard-print
wallpaper on the ceiling, a floral back bar and
flaming artwork on the walls. A small private din-
ing area is outfitted with flamingo wallpaper and
seats up to five guests in a curtained-off area
at the back of the restaurant. An outdoor
patio seats an additional 30 guests.

Kiin
The newest dining experience from
restaurateur couple Jeff and Nuit
Regular, Kiin showcases the regional
diversity and royal cuisine of Thailand
in a casual-fine atmosphere. Kiin's
design by was inspired by Chef Nuit's
experience growing up in Phrae,
Thailand, where she spent her high
school years in a colorful, colonial-
style building and developed a
fascination with the rich details of the
Royal Palace. Designed by Katherine
Gudov of Steven Fong Architect, the
35-seat restaurant features marble
floors, stained-glass shutters, framed
photos of the Thai royal family, plush
velvet furnishings and pink doors with
crystal knobs. Light fixtures hang
from intricately carved medallions
similar to ones found at a temple in
Nuit's hometown. Potted plants add a
tropical element to the space. Images
